Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the illegally laid PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) water pipeline from the petitioner's patta land bearing Survey No.810/10 to an extent of 6 cents situated at Gopalasamudram Village in Tirunelveli District bearing Patta No. 193 forthwith by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the illegally laid PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) water pipeline from the petitioner's patta land bearing Survey No.810/10 to an extent of 6 cents at Gopalasamudram Village in Tirunelveli District bearing 2/5

Patta No.193 forthwith by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025.

2. It appears that the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 29.05.2025 to the respondents to remove the PVC water pipeline, which is running on the petitioner's patta land for supplying water to the neighbours.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submits that that the said PVC pipeline will be removed within a period of four weeks from today by the fifth respondent.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to remove the PVC pipeline within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.
