This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.6953 of 2026 by order dated 09.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.6953 of 2026 on 09.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, once in a month ie., on 1st Working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
