2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No. 114 of 2016 was disposed of on 23.10.2018 during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition and that, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil revision petition. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
