This Contempt Petition is filed on the premise that the order in W.P.(MD)No.10930 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondent circulated a proceeding of the Respondent dated 20.08.2022 stating that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.10930 of 2019 dated 02.03.2022 has been complied with by the Respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would also agree to the same.
