O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 10.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.685 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides brought to the notice of this Court that the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, was dismissed by its decree and judgment, dated 12.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. No costs.

7. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
