Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2016 and to appoint the petitioner in the Post of Noon Meal Organizer in the T.D.T.A Elementary School, Valampatti, Thoothukudi District as applied by the petitioner and pass further orders within a stipulated time.

The case of the petitioner is that based on the notification, dated 04.02.2016, the petitioner had applied for Noon Meal Organizer on 12.02.2016 and she appeared for the interview before the third respondent on 20.02.2016 along with relevant documents. The Petitioner had applied for the said Post in T.D.T.A Elementary School, Valampatti, Thoothukudi District. Thereafter, the petitioner came to know that one Shanmugasundari, was selected for the said Post and further she came to know that the said Shanmugasundari, had produced bogus certificates. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 22.02.2016 requesting to take action against the said Shanmugasundari and to appoint the petitioner in the Post of Noon Meal Organizer at T.D.T.A Elementary School, Valampatti, Thoothukudi District. As there was no response, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
