ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioner in Crime No.76 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time.
