Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 21.10.2015 within a stipulated time.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is an Officer in the State Bank of India. On account of certain mislead, of which the petitioner pleaded innocence, he was suspended by an order, dated 03.09.2015, which was received by the petitioner on 10.09.2015. Against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appellate authority on 21.10.2015, which has been kept pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 21.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
