ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner alleges that wrong entries have been made in the village revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned land. He wants the second respondent to delete the same. Hence, he has given a representation in this regard. He wants the said representation to be considered.

4. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
