Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the charge memo No.6124/2014-Pal, dated 16.02.16, issued by the third respondent.
4. The case of the petitioner is that she joined in the respondent Department as a Steno-Typist and she was subsequently promoted as Superintendent and presently, she is working in the Tuticorin District. She has been issued the charge-memo at the time, when her name has been included in the panel for promotion. According to the petitioner, the act of the respondents is vindictive in nature. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition challenging the charge-memo issued against him.
5. Perusal of the records would show that without giving an explanation to prove that she is innocent, the petitioner has rushed to this Court challenging the same.
6. This Court cannot go into the merits of the case or stay the proceedings. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit her explanation to the impugned charge-memo, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
