ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A. No.445 of 2015 in O.S.No.183 of 2014, dated 08.02.2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.03.2024, since the learned counsel for the petitioner has reported no instructions, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioner and posted the matter on 21.03.2024. On 21.03.2024, despite printing the name of the petitioner, he has not turned up, posted the matter on 27.03.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (i.e.,27.03.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
