This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.327 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant and Based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.04.2018, a case has been registered in Crime No.327 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of three years, investigation has not been completed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the final report was also made ready on 25.06.2018 and the same will be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate shortly.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No15023 of 2021 4.The final report was made ready on 25.06.2018, but without proper reason, it has not been filed till date. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to produce the final report before the concerned Court immediately. The learned Judicial Magistrate shall process the same as per Rules and after processing the same compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. 5.With the above said directions this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
