ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.03.2022 and 01.08.2022 and accord police protection in the process of fencing the property in Sy.No. 258/1, New Sy.No. 532/5 in Ward No.3 bearing Door No.6/3.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted on 08.08.2022 and both the parties agreed not to involve in any problem. Therefore, the petitioner's representation was closed.

3.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the parties may be permitted to survey the land as directed by the Civil Court.
