This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.887 of 2016 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.887 of 2016, which is pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, has been disposed of on 06.02.2020 and further submitted that nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition, as the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is to issue a direction to the Family Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.887 of 2016.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs.
