Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This petition has been filed for directing the maintenance tribunal to take action on the petition mentioned representation.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, representation is bereft of particulars. It is not even in the proper format. If the petitioner files a fresh petition in the proper format under Section 23 of the Act, the second respondent is bound to number the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 60 days thereafter.
