This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti in I.A.No.651 of 2017 in O.S.No.167 of 2012, dated 10.10.2017.

2.Today(22.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details of O.S.No.167 of 2012 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.167 of 2012 has already been disposed of, on 17.06.2022 itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
