O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.122 of 2023 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 394 IPC on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.146 of 2023.

3. Once the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed, the cause does not arise in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
