ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.7965 of 2013, dated 16.06.2025, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. The only ground on which the revision case is filed is that the impugned order is a non-speaking order.

3. In view of the same, the impugned order, dated 16.06.2025 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhunagar with a direction to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, by duly applying his mind to the report, if any filed by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
