The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2015 sent with regard to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Associate Professor in Physics department at the respondent's institutions, as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2015, in the light of the Rules and Regulations of Vivekanantha Educational Society and dispose of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
