This petition is filed to condone the delay of 709 days in representing the SA (MD)SR.No.25445 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. The reasons for the delay that occurred, is explained in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit. I am satisfied with the reasons. Since the delay is more than 709 days, I am of the opinion that the delay could be condoned, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Service Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to the Court. sd/- 08/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /07/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
