ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN ,J .) The petitioner contends that he belongs to Hindu Kadaiyan community which is classified as scheduled caste community. The petitioner's son is studying 11th standard in Punitha Arulappar Higher Secondary School, Avadayanoor, Tirunelveli District. He further contends that since the community certificate is essential to join higher studies, he sent a representation on 13.08.2015. In spite of the receipt of the said representation, neither the said representation has been disposed of nor community certificate has been issued. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.
2.Heard Mr.A.D.Ganeshamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the petitioner also given representation on 13.08.2015 seeking community certificate for his son based on the community certificate issued to him, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
