ORDER
This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to allot one shop to the petitioner in the newly constructed Fish Market Complex, situated near Kasilinga Aarupalam at Kulumani Road, Woraiyur, Trichy.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 06.10.2023, this Court passed the following order:- ''The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the sixth respondent to allot one fish shop to him in the newly constructed Fish Market Complex.
2. The case of the petitioner is that there are 34 shops in the Fish Market Complex and out of that, only 10 shops were allotted and the balance 24 shops are remaining vacant without being allotted by calling for public auction.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent seeks some time to get instructions in this case.
4. Post this case under the caption ''for orders'' on 18.10.2023.''

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent No.6, on instructions, submitted that 28 shops are now being brought for auction on 03.11.2023. That apart, Shop No.22 has already been allotted for persons, who are physically disabled and this Shop will not be allotted to anyone else. 3/6
4. In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to make his application before the sixth respondent under the disability quota and participate in the selection.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No 18.10.2023 Index : Yes/No smn2 Note:- Issue order copy by 19.10.2023.
