[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the impugned E-Auction Sale Notice dated 29.07.2022, issued by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has filed the proof of compliance, dated 23.08.2022 before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents bank submitted that on the date of auction, there was no bidders and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
