O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that the fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner. Based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, the respondents have conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR No.219 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024 and the same is referred to the Social Welfare Officer, since it is a matrimonial dispute.

3.Since the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer, the petitioner shall appear before the Social Welfare Officer and find a solution for the dispute with the fourth respondent. The respondent police shall not harass the petitioner and his family members. 2/4
