ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry initiated in proceedings in Na.Ka. No.8148/Aa2/2024 dated 09.12.2024.

It is the case of the petitioners that the private respondents have registered a society, namely, Pannerkulam Sudalaimadasamy Thirukovil Thevar Samuthaya Varithararkal Sangam with the first respondent bearing Registration No.53 of 2024 to isolate the members of three valasal in the said Village and to exclude the rest of the 500 devotees belonging to the same community. Under these circumstances, the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.6443 of 2025 for forbearing the revenue authorities from conducting any enquiry regarding transfer of patta standing in the name 2/5
of the said society. The application filed by the private respondents was rejected and the writ petition is pending. It is submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024 to cancel the registration of the aforesaid society is pending before the first respondent and enquiry has commenced.
3. Today when the case was taken up of hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent submits that the enquiry has already been concluded and orders will be passed within a period of two weeks from today.
4. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the private respondents. The order, if any, to be passed shall be passed after hearing the private respondents. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
