ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj Advocate for the Petitioner and the 2nd to 10th Respondents none appeared either in person or by an Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 08.09.2023, the petitioners had paid the cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority and he has also filed a Memo dated 21.09.2023 stating that cost paid. The said Memo is recorded.
