PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the first Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2020, dated 16.03.2020 on the file of the second Respondent police, to some other impartial investigating Agency.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2020, on the file of the second Respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police had filed the final report and the same had been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.5/2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.
