ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute, based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no enquiry is pending against him.

3.But, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle a sum of Rs.96,000/- to the third respondent, who invested the same in a fraudulent company called PACL India Limited. 4.Since no compliant has been received against this petitioner by the third respondent, harassing the petitioner to settle the amount may not be proper. The respondent police has no role in this matter. If any complaint is received in future, the same shall be enquired by the respondent police as per law. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no complaint has been received against this petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with the above said liberty and direction.
