ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from passing any patta changes order in Village Natham S.F.No.255/2 to an extent of 2625. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 07.05.2019.
2. The prayer, as sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted by this Court and the writ petition is dismissed. However, protecting the interests of the writ petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's objections made vide representation dated 07.05.2019, in the event of any application being taken up for mutation of patta pertaining to S.F.No.255/2 to an extent of 2625 sq.ft, 2/4
