This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is a dispute between the husband and wife and based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, Crime No.64 of 2021 has been registered under the caption 'woman missing'. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only for the purpose of making investigation in the above said crime number, the petitioner has been enquired and there is no harassment and after founding the petitioner, action drop report has been presented before the concerned Court on 23.02.2021. 4.Since the action drop report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration and direction.
