ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider Petitoner's complaint dated 04.02.26 and further direct the respondent to issue a 'Non-Traceble Certificate` to the petitioner in respect of original document of Sale Deed Document No.2524 of 2010 dated 21.10.2010 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar of Registration, Kulasekaranpattinam, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint was submitted in the online mode and in response to the same, the respondent police required the petitioner to produce a photocopy of the necessary documents which was not produced, hence the same was kept pending.

3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to produce all necessary documents before the second respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry. Further, the second respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter.
