O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the decree holder in O.S.No.570 of 1987, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram, dismissing the execution proceedings filed under Order 21 Rule 32 of C.P.C, alleging violation of the decree for permanent injunction.

2. Pending revision petition, the parties have entered into a compromise and filed a Joint Compromise Memo to the effect that the judgment debtors have accepted that they are bound by the decree and they will not hereinafter and under any circumstances disturb the right of the petitioners in respect to 2/5

the subject matter of the suit covered under the above decree and they have also given an undertaking that they will not interfere with the rights of the petitioners or meddle with the features in the above decree, as on the date it was passed. The Joint Memo of compromise is taken on record.

3. Recording the said Compromise Memo dated 24.04.2024, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
