J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. One Banumathi filed W.P.(MD)No.6514 of 2014 for directing the employer to take action against her husband on the ground that he had committed bigamy. The learned single Judge vide order dated 22.07.2019 disposed of the writ petition by accepting the stand of the writ petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, this writ appeal has been filed by the husband.

3. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, it was reported that the appellant is no more. Against a dead person, disciplinary action cannot be taken. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
