ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.184 of 2023 and summon was issued to the petitioner. It is purely a matrimonial dispute between the parties. 2.It appears that there was a matrimonial dispute between the parties. The accused persons had abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and prevented her from entering into the matrimonial home. 3.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear for enquiry. The respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry, within a period of 15 days, from the date of appearance of parties. If any trouble arise during the course of enquiry, they may seek remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/3
