This petition has been filed as against the order of the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, in I.A.No.651 of 2016 in O.S.No.468 of 2012, dated 10.01.2018.

2.Today(29.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has circulated a letter dated 04.08.2022 received from the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur stating that the suit in O.S.No.468 of 2012 itself was disposed of as settled out of Court on 10.12.2020 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. 2/4
