The subject matter of challenge in all these Civil Revision Petitions pertains to the orders passed in I.A.Nos.2263 and 2264 of 2017 in O.A.No.1109 of 2017. These were orders of interim attachment and interim injunction passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

2. It was brought to the notice of this Court that the matter was subsequently settled between the parties and the attachment order passed was raised and the interim injunction order was also vacated in I.A.Nos 661 and 662 of 2021. Subsequently, the account was closed and O.A.No.1109 of 2017 was also withdrawn by the bank.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions and accordingly, the same are closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
