Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. MAYA PERUMAL.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the order in Crl.O.P (MD)No.12379 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 of this Court.

2. By the order dated 07.07.2023, the petitioner was directed to file an undertaking affidavit, apart from depositing Rs.68,994/- to the credit of the Crime No.112 of 2023 before the trial Court.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner's wife, he was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the Crime number before the trial Court and that was complied by the petitioner's wife. That has been ordered in Cr.M.P.No.3297 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur. A receipt is also enclosed along with the typed set of papers.

4. In view of the same, above said order of this Court dated 07.07.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12379 of 2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.18,994/- to the credit of Crime No.112 of 2023 before the trial Court and inform the Court on 02.08.2023.

5. List the matter on 02.08.2023.
