2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2003, after full trial, was dismissed vide judgment dated 28.09.2018 and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
