This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 25.06.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that in view of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 12.05.2025, they are not in a position to provide police protection, in the absence of any specific title over the property.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of the property and apprehends danger from others.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the civil Court seeking injunction as against the process.
