ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 133, 1/3
303(2) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.299 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.07.2024, the defacto complainant and his friend were proceeding in his two wheeler to take treatment for his dog, the petitioner intercepted them and abused them in filthy language and also assaulted with palm leaf and also nude them and snatched his cell phone. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner intercepted them and abused them in filthy language and also assaulted with palm leaf and also nude them and snatched his cell phone and he is having two previous cases. The investigation in this case is not yet completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the 2/3
gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
