ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.8635/2017/E2 dated 19.02.2018 against the respondents 6 to 9 regarding the misappropriation of temple funds and create proper administration by appointing a Fit Person and other suitable measures for the protection and proper administration of the temple called Arulmighu Sri Kamatchi Amman Temple, situated at Manthaithidal, Melur Taluk, Madurai.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that the 1st respondent will complete the enquiry on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2019 within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.8635/2017/E2 dated 19.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the private respondents herein, namely the respondents 6 to 9, within such time. No costs.
