Heard Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.30 of 2015 before the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, seeking preemption by declaring his right and to hand over the possession of the suit property to him, after the receipt of the sale consideration form the first respondent and execute a sale deed in his favour by granting a decree of specific performance. During the pendency of the civil revision petition, the said suit was disposed of on 09.03.2022.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
