ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.1895 of 2020 on the file of the respondent, has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite investigation and file final report in connection with Crime No.1895 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the investigation in Cr.No.1895 of 2020 has almost completed and final report would be filed on or before 21.07.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The respondent Police is directed to file the final report in order and ensure that the same is taken on file within a reasonable time.
