******** (Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYNARAYANA,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 4.8.2021 and to stop and protect the Yanamalai Sub-Irrigation Channel situated in Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Petitioner's grievance has already been redressed and hence, no further order is required in this Writ Petition.

4.In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
