: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue order for rental basis licence to the petitioner for the vacant land measuring1000 square feet near NABARD shops with eastern side of the land NABARD Shop No. 120-130 bounded with pathway leading to Panchayat Union Well in the wester side, on the souther side Ulavar Santhai and Library pathway and in Northern side water tank and motor room, belonging to Usilampatti Panchayat Union, Usilampatti by collecting rent for the period without licence from the petitioner based on the resolution passed by the Panchayat Union, Usilampatti in Ni. No.758 dt. 23.12.2009 and by considering petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.02.2016. 2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
