Respondent in both CRPs COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed, under Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the leaned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the proceedings in HMOP Nos.725 of 2014 and 680 of 2015, within a stipulated time frame as may be prescribed by this Court.

For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.G.Aravinthan For Respondent in both CRPs : No appearance C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the proceedings in HMOP Nos.725 of 2014 and 680 of 2015 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that C.R.P.(MD)No.323 of 2018 has been filed as against the HMOP.No.725 of 2014, which was filed by the respondent herein / wife, seeking restitution of conjugal rights and C.R.P.(MD)No.324 of 2018 has been filed as against the HMOP No.680 of 2015, which was filed by the petitioner herein / husband, seeking divorce. However, both the matters are pending for more than a year without any progress. Hence, the learned counsel seeks direction for early disposal of HMOP Nos.725 of 2014 and 680 of 2015. The learned counsel further submits that as per the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, HMOP should be disposed of within a period of one year. But, as per the said Notification, the same has not been disposed of till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also in view of Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of HMOP Nos.725 of 2014 and 680 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
