ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent/Inspector of Surveyor, Thiruparankundram, to furnish the survey report to the petitioner, in respect of the survey made on 23.01.2016 at Ward No.22, Block 2, Town Survey No.18/9B, Madakulam Village, in Madurai Corporation Limit, Thiruparankundram Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that already, the second respondent surveyed the land on 23.01.2016 itself and he has also filed an Inspection Report on 08.03.2016 and a copy of the certificate has also been given to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
