Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.361 of 2017 itself was disposed of by the trial Court and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
