After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but made a plea that rights if any of writ petitioner to challenge an order dated 19.03.2019 bearing Reference No.Na.Ka.No.J3/7502/2015 which has been passed on writ petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2015 pursuant to order dated 20.11.2018 in W.P(MD)No.2278 of 2015.
