ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.413 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.05.2021, the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and caused criminal intimidation. Hence, the complaint.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in the following eight cases; Sl.N o.

VNR West Police Station Crime No.594 of 2013 for the offence under Section 392 I.P.C 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
